Michael Schraibman
Chairman
Michael is Chairman of Resort Management & Consulting Group, LLC. He was Chairman and CEO of SPM Resorts Inc. for 23 years. SPM Resorts Inc. is a professional management company operating over 40 resorts from Cape Cod to St. Thomas. Michael is also Director of Ward Services, a benefits and communications company providing services across the country.
Michael resides in Columbia, South Carolina with his wife and three children. He is active in his church and community by serving on several nonprofit board of directors.
Lanse McColl
President & CEO
Lanse in his position as President & CEO of RMCG is responsible for all of the day to day operations of the resorts. He has been in the timeshare and hospitality industry for over 17 years. He began his career with SPM Resorts Inc. in 2001 as part of their manager trainee program, where he was quickly promoted to the role of transition coordinator. After successfully transitioning newly acquired resorts on behalf of SPM Resorts Inc. in South Carolina and North Carolina, Lanse was promoted to the position of Regional Vice President of Operations.
In this role, Lanse oversaw SPM’s family of resorts in the majority of South Carolina, North Carolina and Tennessee; working directly with the board of directors, resort staff and homeowners to streamline operations. Lanse is a graduate of Clemson University and holds a South Carolina real estate license as well as a Florida CAM license. Lanse resides in Murrells Inlet, South Carolina with his wife and three children.
Kurt Moore
Director & CFO
Kurt is a business owner and licensed CPA. Current businesses include manufacturing, retail, recycling and heavy industrial. Past role was as the President of STC Holdings for eighteen years and selling a majority stake to a NYC based private equity firm. Also founder Camp Legacy in Pinewood, SC and enjoy investing in various philanthropic organizations.
Kurt lives in Sumter, SC and Married for over 25 years with three children, two daughters at Clemson and a son in high school. Member of Young Presidents Organization (YPO).
Stacy Dounias
Director of Operations
In her role as Director of Operations, Stacy provides daily oversight, guidance, and leadership to our managed properties and corporate office teams. She is responsible for driving the development, implementation, and sustainment of RMCG’s strategic vision and innovative processes across the company.
With over 22 years’ experience in the timeshare and hospitality industry, Stacy has gathered her extensive knowledge of resort operations and industry best practices from positions held with Disney’s Vacation Club, Bluegreen Vacations, and Spinnaker Resorts. Working in many different facets throughout her career, she has a track record of improving day-to-day operations, enhancing customer experience, and producing high performing teams.
Stacy enjoys the Lowcountry life and resides in Beaufort, South Carolina with her husband and three dogs.
James Hines
Director of Operations
As a Regional Director of Operations, James brings over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Residing just outside Williamsburg, Virginia, with his girlfriend and two beloved dogs, he provides daily oversight, guidance, and leadership to our managed properties and corporate office teams. He is responsible for driving the development, implementation, and sustainment of RMCG’s strategic vision and innovative processes across the company.
With positions held at Noodles & Company, Rosie’s Gaming Emporium, and Wyndham, James has acquired extensive expertise in operations and industry best practices. Throughout his career, he has been involved in multiple aspects of the hospitality industry, continuously working to streamline daily operations, elevating guest experiences, and cultivating high-achieving teams. Utilizing his broad knowledge and experience, James is committed to promoting operational excellence, encouraging a culture of ongoing improvement, and guaranteeing exceptional service across all our properties.
Karen Middleton
Director of Human Resources
Karen is a professional with over 25 years of human resource management experience. She has 20+ years’ experience working in the timeshare industry and has also worked in HR for a Native American Tribe in Washington State.
In her role as Director of Human Resources, she is responsible for providing strategic guidance and leadership for all aspects of the human resources function. This includes providing leadership and direction in the development of HR policies that promote maximum effectiveness in the workforce while supporting the company mission.
She has notable experience and is responsible for strategic human resource planning, performance management, staffing, federal and state law compliance, employment negotiations, employee benefits, compensation and payroll, training and development, and management coaching.
Karen holds HR and THRP (Tribal Human Resource Professional) certifications and is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM).
She currently resides in Myrtle Beach, SC with her husband.
