OUR MISSION
Healthy, independent legacy timeshare resorts.
RMCG exists to serve the long-term health of legacy timeshare resorts. The boutique, mid-size, and historically significant properties that boards are working to give them many more decades as the backdrop for vacation memories.
These properties face challenges no generic management approach addresses well. Aging buildings. Aging owner bases. Master deed milestones. Pressing reserve study realities. Complex, ever-changing regulations and governance requirements. Financial pressures.
The work isn’t theoretical. It requires people who have seen the problem before — and know what actually works.
Michael Schraibman and Lanse McColl founded Resort Management & Consulting Group to provide viable solutions to those realities. Today, RMCG’s leadership carries 127+ years of collective experience working inside legacy timeshare resorts — across operations, finance, governance, and the owner relationships that hold these properties together.
Meet the Team
Chairman & Co-founder
Michael Schraibman
Michael served as Chairman and CEO of SPM Resorts Inc. for 23 years, where he led the management of over 40 resorts from Cape Cod to St. Thomas. He also serves as Director of Ward Services, a national benefits and communications company.
At RMCG, he chairs the firm and remains directly involved in the engagements where boards face their most consequential decisions.

Lanse McColl
Lanse has spent 25+ years in timeshare and hospitality, beginning at SPM Resorts in 2001 as a manager trainee. He rose to transition coordinator and then to Regional Vice President of Operations, overseeing SPM’s properties across South Carolina, North Carolina, and Tennessee — working directly with boards, resort staff, and homeowners to streamline operations.
At RMCG, he runs the firm day-to-day and sits at the table on every engagement.

Kurt Moore
Kurt is a licensed CPA and longtime business owner across manufacturing, retail, recycling, and heavy industrial. He previously served as President of STC Holdings for 18 years before selling a majority stake to a NYC-based private equity firm. At RMCG, he brings the financial discipline that legacy timeshare associations require. Founder of Camp Legacy. YPO member.
Vice President of Operations
Stacy Dounias
Stacy carries 25+ years of timeshare and hospitality experience from positions held at Disney’s Vacation Club, Bluegreen Vacations, and Spinnaker Resorts — improving day-to-day operations, enhancing customer experience, and building high-performing teams. At RMCG, she provides daily oversight across the firm’s managed properties and corporate office, driving the strategic vision delivered to every board.

Karen Middleton
Karen brings 25+ years of human resource management experience to RMCG — 20+ of those years working specifically inside the timeshare industry. Her work spans strategic HR planning, performance management, federal and state law compliance, and the training and development that hold a workforce together.
